Default HELP!! Swishing/Grinding after rotor install

Ok, so last week i replaced my wheel bearing in the front. easy job. drove the car a couple days then i started getting a vibration/noise everytime i hit the brakes.
Jacked it up and the wheel wiggled like crazy. took the caliper off and the outside edge of the rotor was hitting the inside of the caliper, between the pads. checked the spindle nut, tightened it by spinning the wheel till it lagged then back the nut off a lil. nice and tight. couple days later did the same thing.
decided to put a new rotor on it. bought new rotor, bearings and seal. got it all together and its even worse. just now tried to tighten the spindle nut and it wont tighten anymore, wheel still has alot of play.
the noise is making me crazy.

this is just on the drivers side. passenger side is fine.

any suggestions?

is the rotor rubbing the backing plate?? or is the caliper for some odd reason hitting the rotor?? if so what part of the caliper is contacting the rotor?? any pics??

i looked at it again and had a co-worker look at it and it looks like there is a spacer? missing from the inner part of the rotor.
passenger side has a gap between the rotor and the hub assembly. the driver side doesnt.
did i lose a spacer somewhere?

fox rotors don't have any spacers, you need to compare the original rotors to the new one and see if there are dimensional differences
