well i cant run the koer test since my check engine light is out. im just gana buy the scan tool and see what shows up

so put a bulb in it, most likely someone removed it because it was on constantly, or it burned out because of such

I would also drop the timing back to 10 for testing.

yeah ill change the bulb. is it hard to remove the dash?

no , just remove the cluster, remove surrounding trim piece that houses light switch and then cluster is easy to get to
