Default Head Bolt Installation

I recently installed a new engine in my 1990 5.0 mustang and I must remove one head bolt to install a support for my fuel injection lines, and my question is: What coating do I put on it to prevent rust? My old engine always had rusty water and several mechanics said it was because the head bolts go into the water jackets and need a coating on them, but it was a few years ago, and I forgot what it was. Can you please help with this?
Thanks,
Bob Merritt

I`m not sure why you have to remove a head bolt for any efi line, you get rusty coolant from many things mostly too much water!

You can use any thread sealer!
