No power, won't start
Hello all, I just got my 5.0 back from the mechanic to have the valves set and as I went to park it, it died. The electric fan cut off, no interior lights, and it wouldn't restart. I figured it was the battery so I replaced it. Next I replaced positive and negative battery cables, and the starter solenoid on the fender. I'm getting over 12v at the battery and the solenoid but it still won't start. Sometimes the interior lights will come back on until I try to turn the key. I get a click from the solenoid and then nothing.
Any ideas?

With everything you've replaced, I'd say it should work. Sounds like a ground issue. The fact that everything electrical died at once is indicative of a broken/loose wire somewhere, either battery related or ignition switch/fuse box.
