great, that was a big issue of mine. Also I am about to replace the camshaft today actually, and the old lifters look about brand new. Is there a way to test them or anything? I know people said to replace them with a new cam. But these things look amazing like they were put in not to long ago...Would there be any visual damage to it if it was to be ran down at all?

I'm part of the most people that replace theirs. Although mine had 109k miles on them. I would check them for dirt/debris

Ford Racing lifters are like $2 per lifter. It would be good insurance

My bad! Here's the link. I must've seen the price tag on the Summit brand but was looking at the Ford Racing ones. $126 for Ford Racing.

http://www.summitracing.com/search?k...20lifter&dds=1

Anyways, $126 is good insurance rather than a bad lifter and damaged valvetrain components.
