Default swap

Ok so my 88 gt is rotted out in the strut towers and not sure yet if I should attempt to repair it or swap to a better body I found one todat and its an 86notch clean as can be and price was fair jist not sure how involved it woukd be seeing as ill have to rear the entire front of my car apart to fix my gt any way any imput would be great

If you have to pull it all out anyways might as well drop it in a new body.

I'd also say to go with an unrusted body for a repair.
It'll be a lot of work but I think it's worth it in the end.......

Only real issue I have is I'm not a fan of the 86 body as far as looks and the int is not great as well ide probably use my entire 88 in parts to get the 86 to look the way I like so ya lots of work and ide basicly only use the 86 for the shell

The shell is the base of the car. That's the most important part. If your base is no good the whole car is shot.

Very true I also found a 94 shell that's nice for 500 and looking into that option
