coil spring advice from the other fox owners
I have an 88 hatch gt. 5.0 5speed, with ac. I currantly have cj pony parts lowering springs on my car. I bought the car with them on there. It sits too low and rides rough as hell. Im wanting to swap in the stock coil springs. Was gonna use factory v8 springs in the front and in the rear I was wondering if there was any benefit to runnin a cobra spring over the regular gt spring? Also autozone carries a stock spring rate and a variable spring rate spring. Anybody ever use them or something like them.

My fox is pretty much my daily driver. It sees some test n tune action at the drag strip once in awhile. My lowering springs kill traction. From what you said it sounds like i should go with the variable rate springs and they should hook up well off the line.

Or you could use these drag springs. They have a good ride quality and they work well on the drag strip:
