Default 95 5.0 help

Ok so I am doin some work to my motor, and I have the gt40 intake, and I knw the stock intake for EFI has the pcv valve on the back side of the lower right? Well where is it on the gt40.
Also there is vacuum lines, or what i believe to be vacuum lines, on the under side of the upper intake they are both capped off. what are these too?
One more thing, I replaced my heads and rr. they are stud mount, and now the valve covers are to short so I ordered longer ones, these:http://www.ebay.com/itm/181115474357...84.m1497.l2649
My question is that the new "holes" on the cover are now in the rear of the passanger side, and front of the driver side, before they are on the front of the passanger and none on the drivers. what can I do since the hole on the drivers side is up under the upper intake and I dont believe I can fit a filter or something.

Any help would be awesome!

I cant help with the valve covers but, the intake pcv is in the same place if you have an explorer intake. Lower intake rear of moter on the passanger side . Most of the vacuum lines on my gt40 explorer intake I just capped off because there are a lot more vacuum ports on the explorer intake than the stock mustang intake. I used only the ones I needed for the fpr , purge valve, and vacuum tree on the drivers side inner fender. I think that's all I used is 3 of the ports.

You should be able to run a breather on both sides. It would aid the pcv with crankcase pressure. Otherwise, weld a plate to close the passenger side off, and then install the oil fill tube on the driver side.

Is it off on the passenger side? I thought it was right in the middle. Correct me if I'm wrong. Either way, pain in the *** to get to.

those valve covers probably wont work with the intake...get a set of Fox alum covers and mod them slightly youll need to grind a little inside and out to use them...

OP, I'll take a couple pics of my setup to show you how to make it work. You will need to remove the breather to add oil but no biggie, it works. Eventually I'll run both of the factory holes to a catch can and make a third hole in the front of the drivers' side to add oil.

Btw, I run my tall FRPP covers with a Systemax 2 intake, so don't let anyone tell you it doesn't work, the systemax is pretty much the biggest intakes for 302s.
