Check the two large plugs behind the intake. There are two large plugs that go the the engine wiring. A black one and a white/grey one.

Do they go into the intake and are wired into the harness? Or are they just apart of the harness? Also I have to add the engine in the car is a 1992

If you're not capable of testing the systems then all we can do is guess along with you. You have a flaw somewhere that needs an hour of DVOM work to find it. Not a hard task.

I tested every wire with my multimeter everything is getting needed power to every component. I get fuel and spark now it's just not committed to running and keeping power to it

Default No Spark No Fuel

So I've replaced damn near everything in the 94 Gt. still no spark no fuel. Does anyone think it could be the Tach causing me all these problems? I had a truck with an aftermarket tach once and it ground out and shut fuel and spark off...would it be the same thing with this? or am I dealing with something thats just rediculous i havent looked at yet? I need help fellas. I'm getting out of the marines here soon and its my only way back home (1000 miles)
