the one corner is broken and i the holes are jb welded with studs so i dont think im going to be able to get the studs out to put in longer studs for my valve covers

Yes it will I have helicoiled head bolts in before.

worst case is you'll just have to drill it out....or not use the tall V/C

im just going to get a new lower intake and polishing my upper intake bc i like my edelbrock setup i have bc my whole top is edelborck so i dont want to mess that up and i can sell the other lower
