Default Wiring Harness / Vaccum Lines -- HELP

Here is my situation: My mustang has been through 50 backyard mechanics before I got it and its been messed up 50 times. The wiring is completly rigged and and vacuum lines are the same way. I have tons of connectors and vacuum lines just lying around in the bay, not hooked up. I am pretty sure I am going to get a Ford Racing wiring harness to solve the wiring problem but what should I do about the vacuum lines. Does anyone have a detailed / labeled diagram so that I can take off all of the lines and redu the entire thing (seems like my only option) ? Also, what vacuum lines do I absolutly need? I dont care about emissions or anything like that so if anyone has any information on that it would be great also. I will post pictures of the harness connectors and see if anyone might just know where they go. Thanks everyone.
