Default 87 gt ttop 347 stroker with afr 185 heads stage 2 trick flow cam

I'm having problems with my 347 it runs good but loss of power and I'm having carbon thanks on my distributor points and my spark plugs were brownish color any ideas

what do you mean it runs good but loss of power.... some sort of marks on the dizzy are going to happen from everything ive seen, the spark plugs however could be an issue. in the back of a Haynes manual for the mustang there is a page of different spark plug states...may be your best bet as you have one to compare to.

We'll I mean it's not crapping out and there are no check engine codes just loss of power but I notice a whisling sound as the Rpms increase

i assumed it was the electrical pickups on the underside of the distributer cap

was this an issue that just started one day? did you disassemble and put it back together then notice the issue?
