Do pullies drain top end? Im just going to leave the alternator pulley on, and replace the others, but does it take away from my top end alot?

pullies are decent for the money...if you have a good charging and cooling system. i've had charging problems b-4 so i left my stock alt pully on and put the underdrivewater pump pulley and crank pully on. that way my alternator is only half underdriven give or take a few percent. i do suggest a 160 degree stat.
