1985 GT fog lights

1985 GT fog lights
I hope I am posting this in the proper place.
Regardless, my question...
I have an '85 GT convertible, and the fog lights seem to have never been hooked up. As in, there is a single wire hanging from each light. And I don't see any wires that would lead to the accept for one large wire bundle/plug that doesn't seem to attach to anything. Does anyone know anything on this?
