Default Passenger power window problem

I recently bought a 95 gt, up until this morning the passenger window worked fine. When I went to put it down this evening all I heard was the motor running. If I push down the window it doesn't move, but if I use the switch and push it down it moves, same with going up. Ironically I'm having the same problem with the rear drivers side window, it's a convertible. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is what i have done for a repair,it will last longer than the car, use there 1/4 inch well nuts ,trim the tops off where they will fit, you will need three for each motor ..

you can just use 3 10mm nuts but the motors are supposed to b able to shear in the event someone like a child sticks their arms in the window it will break the rollers and not their arm..

This is Why you use well nuts they are Rubber, they willnot wear out ,and if the motor gets in a bind they have some give,i would never use nuts (metal) thats not a safe repair .. just my 2 cents
