I am very confused on the parts in a 1995 mustang wiper system. I know the switch is good and I know the motor is good. I have been told by some that it is the relay. Others have said it is the control module. The ford parts department said that it is the wiper governor. I can't find a relay anywhere and was wondering if it is part of the control module. Then I was wondering is the control module and the governor the same thing. Does anyone have part numbers for the relay and control module. The part number for the wiper governor is17C476. Thanks
