Default Cam advice...any suggestions?

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestion on what kind a cam upgrade I should run in my LX. I really just wanna add a light one just to give it that little "umph" for the mean time (plus love the sound of a little more lope in the idle) until I decide to purchase some major items. As of right now the engine is stock other than the items listed below in my sig. Thanks guys.

Most of the cam makers list what they call "blower cams". Look at their specs, you probably dont want to go over a .500 lift with the stock heads.

the best cam for a blower is a F303 cam, it has .512 lift on ex and int. real good for blowers. although, that e cam wil do you well too. you might make more power up to with the f. they are a little more expensive though, I spent 170 on mine plus shipping.

If you do go with the F cam you are going to loose a lot of low end torque. IMO I think that the E-Cam would be a much better choice. But if you do go with the F, make sure that you have something to make up for the low of low end.
