as a matter of fact that sounds like a common b303 cam

look up some 5.0 vids of the b303 it sounds just like that

It does this entire time. When its cold it wants to die unless I give it some good gas. And guy said it was stock cam. Its timed at 13 degrees idling at 600rpms

The whole car shakes. And now I just felt when I shift to 2nd and wot it hesitates a sec then goes up good again

And would a cam cause it to misfire? Because if I slowly rev up to around 1k rpms its misfiring alright. I will upload that vid most likely tomorrow.

It actually does sound just like it. Hm... im still weird about the hesitation on second gear though.

I would suggest getting your idle closer to the 700-800 rpm range.
If your at 600 now at 13 degrees of advance I would expect more rpms than you have. because right now with the spout out backing the timing down to the stock 10 degrees would likely cause it to almost stall .

Re do the base idle relearn only this time when you start turn the idle screw till you obtain 700 rpm . I have seen cars that idle at 850 .

Okay, I need to time the again anyways. So you suggest I raise the idle? And Im going to upload two vids. One is idle w/ iac and other is idle w/o iac on cold starts
