weird problem

Default weird problem

hey i have an 88 tbird its the 5.0 so when i start the car it runs fine then a few minuts later it begins to misfire has really bad idle smells like fuel then after a mute or two of that it returns back to normal any ideas?

Sounds like maybe a bad coolant temp sensor. The engine adjusts fuel curves based on the temp readings it provides.
