Default brake swap help

Okay so I am looking to upgrade my brakes first off... Car is an 88 GT. Looking to get everything set solid on the car and do a coyote swap eventually.

My problem is I bought the car with lots of mods done to it... IE a 5 lug swap. But I dont know exactly what was changed or how to figure it out?!

Right now I stomp on the brakes as hard as I can and I cannot lock them... No matter what.
What I was told by the PO who didnt know anything...that the car had...He did not mod the car.

2006 Mustang Caliper/Brakes
2004 Cobra Rear Discs
1993 Cobra Master Cylinder
1993 Cobra Brake Booster
Wilwood Adjustable Brake Proportioning Valve

So I am looking at swapping to some nice front and rear brakes to make her stop on a dime... I will also be converting to a hydroboost setup, so yeah...Unless you all convince me otherwise...

Go at it and help please!

Biggest thing is I need help figuring out which year model to purchase a brake kit from... How do I know what rear brake kit to get and how do I know which front kit to get?

I am thinking Aerospace kits.... front and rear... but I dont know which ones to use!
