How to.....Power Brake booster
OK, What is the secret to getting a wrench on that upper left nut that secures the booster to the firewall and pedal assembly?
I KNOW there must be a secret, because the labor manual says it's a 1.3 hours R&R. I've got more time into it and I can't even see that nut. Its behind the clutch pedal, or maybe the clutch pedal switch--its hard to see what is in the way. The other 3 nuts have been removed, along with the seat, and the Instrument cluster, and a couple of nuts that didn't do anything to help.
Is there an initiation ceremony where this wisdom is given?

You have to remove the knee panel from under the column , and some say to drop the steering column so you can reach in there to get the top nuts off.
You may be able to remove the knee panels and use a long extention with a swivel on it to reach them , it would probly be easier either drop the column or remove the steering shaft from the column and slide it down to the out side , If I remember right you have to take the steering shaft off the rack and take it out of the way before you can take the booster out because it has to slide over and down to clear the strut tower.
