Also op I see that the alternative oem part number is for the ford head bolts and those are TTY and need replaced after use. So I would not reuse those bolts.

the one with the stud went on passanger side and iirc the fuel lines had a bracket that fastened to it

Thanks for all the input. I just used all the bolts and not either of the studs. And yes they are TTY and new.

I seen a diagram of the engine bolts and the ones with studs were used in the exhaust manifold and were used to hold a heat shield on.

Since this bolt set is oem ford part replacement the option to have a heat shield on some engines existed so they included those bolts just in case you need them .
