Default Blinker & head light problems.

So on my 95 GT, my blinkers blink really fast. All of my bulbs are working good. When I turn on my headlights my right blinker will come on with the lights and will not blink when I turn on the right blinkers. With the lights on the left side work just fine. I have checked the grounds that I can see. What should I check next.

Make sure it's the correct bulb. A few different bulbs use the same socket style and will "fit" sort of..

Could be a bad light switch, that's pretty common.

Ha Ha thats funny. Im going to replace them with the new sealed bearing bulbs so i will not need to ever replace the blinker fluid any more!!

I need to mention that the right blinker is only on in the dash not the outside lights.

Ok, so I haven't checked my bulbs yet because the hazards will blink at the correct speed. Also i found out that when you push in the blinker switch to activate the windshield washer sprayer and wipers, nothing works. So should i start by replacing the switch assy in the column or start with the headlight switch?

So i finally got my multi function switch replaced. Also had two bad bulbs in tail lights. So now the blinkers work fine with headlights off. When i turn my headlights on my left blinker works fine but the right blinker will blink fast and the right arrow in the dash stays on all the time with headlights on. So is the problem in the headlight switch?

That sounds like a bad bulb still. Or a back connection to a bulb. If all the bulbs look good it maybe a bad ground or dirty connection still.

This doesn't always cause the bulb to not light up, if the connection is corroded or has a weak ground point, the bulb may still work but the car will see a funny voltage signal back from that light and cause the same symptoms as a blown bulb.

I agree ^^^

One bad ground can cause a crapload of problems.

You got us all confused with the statement in bold lol, you see when you turn on your headlights, its not THE RIGHT BLINKER THAT COMES ON AND LIGHT UP SOLID,ITS THE SECOND ELEMENT IN THE SAME BULB THAT IS USED FOR PARK LIGHTS.
You have bad bulbs, or socket, the bulbs are dual element, one FOR THE PARKING LIGHT-WHEN HEADLIGHTS ARE ON, ONE FOR TURN SIGNAL.All share same ground, so its not a ground, the wiper function in the turn switch circuit is a whole different issue.

LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR BULB HERE,TOP AND BOTTOM ELEMENTS INSIDE LIKE CLOTHES LINES, ITS A 3157 SEE THE TWO ELEMENTS, ONE IS MELTED,OR A SOCKET BAD,BURT,CORROREDED ETC, OR WATER ENTRY.

Remove all bulbs-except headlights, inspect the sockets for any corrosion, ANY OLD GREASE, and replace with new bulbs, even a sidemarker light will do this to a blinker. This will solve your problem.
