Ok, so what do you think I should have? I am a bit out of my element selecting springs. I also have stock rockers as well in there. Are getting new rockers and springs a good path to go??

You did check valve to piston clearance didn't you?
I would also get what ever springs Ford says to use with that cam and install Them ASAP.
Maybe some new valve seals too.
DO NOT re-use the old split locks fron the valve spring retainers, get new ones.
