Yeah how do you roll the lip? I always hear people talking bout it but never really knew what it was. Does it just smoothes it out so there isnt all the ridges and **** in there?

yea i rolled mine and actually found out my car had been hit before. bondo started cracking in the quarter panel. i never really noticed that the flare actually stuck out aslight more than the other side. anyways it prevented my tires from rubbing anymore. ive got 17 inch by 9 cobra r's with 245/45

I think you could get some faster times with a 26x8 on the stock rim.
I saw a guy at the track with some 28x10.5" on the stock rim, it had big scrapes and gouges in the sidewall of the tire, and it stuck out like 3 inches past the rim.
I only used street tires though, but I was faster with worn out 225/60/15, than my new tires which are 235/60/15.

tim, sorry for the bad post...i meant et STREET radials.....
anyway i just use stock ponies on them, and w/ a 26" tire no need to roll the fender
8 or 9" tire is fine for a full slick, but cheaters your gonna want the 10 1/2" ers
you still get about a full 9"+ contact of course if you use a nicer rim than stock you'll get more
