Default alternator

You're gonna love this, Mike. I just installed a Powermaster Ford race alternator on my '93 when the stock 75 amp blew the regulator. It fits in the stock mounts and has ONE wire that hooks up to the positive side of the battery. And it puts out 140 amps. I taped the stock alternator plugs and tied them back neatly. The stock gauge still works fine, because it's not tied into the alternator circuit. It comes with a factory dyno card, mine saying 40amps at idle and 140 at highway speed. On the stock gauge, when my electric fan kicked on, it went to the bottom of the scale. Now it stays mid gauge with the fan, the lights and the heater fan on high. I ordered it from Summit, less than 200 bucks, 2 day air. I hope this helps you out.

Sorry Mike, I may have read you wrong. If you already have the alternator, is it a G3? If so, I can get you the info for the other wires. Let me know.
