Default cobra intake 5.0

i might buy this cobra upper intake but i dont know if there is missing hoses under. i dont know a lot about this but ive seen other ones with more hoses. do you use the stock ones? can you? thank you

i dunno how dead set you are on that but an explorer intake is probably a lot cheaper and flows almost identical to that one..

That one is missing a few vacuum ports ,

Yea you can , as long as they will thread in the holes. On mine the little stubby one that is in your pic is plugged off. I use the other ones. I don't know how your car is set up but , you need vacuum to the fuel pressure regulater the brake booster the pcv and the tree on the firewall that feeds every thing else like the heater controls and evap stuff and egr stuff.

Rmodel65 is correct though if you havnt bought the cobra intake yet then consider a gt40 from an explorer , they are almost identical in flow and are usually much cheaper, unless your getting a great deal on the cobra intake, or your going for looks.

i could buy the cobra upper for $200 and a lower explorer from a junkyard for $25. or $50 for upper and lower explorer. but if i get the cobra that does not require a egr spacer for my new throttle body so im saving 50 there. then the other 150 is just to have the cool cobra look.
