Car Stalls when coming to a stop after Cam and Head Swap
Good morning guys, finished up a trick flow twisted wedge head swap and stage 1 cam. Running edelbrock intake as well with 24lb injectors and mass air calibrated. Car runs awesome and has nice power, no popping no hesitating. For the most part the car runs great its just that every now and then it will die when coming to a stop. Not everytime only intermitenly. I have fooled with the timing and it has improved but still not solved the issue. Should I adjust the TPS? or could this be a vacuum issue?

What is your TPS voltage at right now at idle? Should be around .98, but I've also read the the computer will self-correct it if its off alittle. And may be a vacuum leak, but I'd think it would do this all the time then. Have you done a base idle reset?
Or, have you put enough miles on this new setup for the ECM to relearn the new mods?

When I unplug that that chip thing from the distributor wiring and set the gun to 10 degrees its hard to get the balancer to zero when adjusting the timing, the car wants to cut out so for now the timing is eyeballed. Could it be possible that I am tooth off? I would think the car would run like total *** then.
