Default High volume vs high pressure oil pump

Hey guys. I am getting ready to tear into my buddys 88 with a 408 stroker,445hp 470ftlbs at the tires. This motor under a load revs insanely fast. He has the best of everything, the whole car is set up right. A few months ago he started to leak oil out of his seals and gaskets(out of no where). We were thinkin since he has a high pressure oil pump, that could be the problem. I was going to install a high volume oil pump and all new gaskets. He has breathers in his valve covers, which seem to be working fine. What else could I do to relieve crankcase pressure?

High volume will increase pressure only a few psi, as opposed to a high pressure one. What kind of pressures was he getting before the leaks?

There is a company called Crankvent or Krankvent that sells a contraption for about $100-$150.
A few guys running turbo Chryslers have run them.
Maybe something to look into ??

have the pump clearance by your machinist.....those hi-po oil pump are nice in a 7 qt pan but not a stock pan do to possible foaming and oil starvation.....check the pvc screen

get a melling oil pump, my oil psi is like 62 cold at idle and 35-40 psi hot at idle thats great, also let the car warm up before you take off that is what is hard on seals.
