My car is a 1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 (5 speed). The engine tends to stall while driving or idle. When I try to crank the engine again sometimes it'll start right away but other times it will crank but it won't turn start (usually resulting in battery death). I have cleaned the ignition coil connectors. I've had this problem before but it would immediatley start right away. I took it in and they told me I needed a tune up which consisted of new spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor and it seemed to work (this was 3.5 years ago). I plan to check the spark plugs again and the battery is only a year old. Just wondering what can cause this problem.
