I emailed their customer service and the ones I want are CARB legal. I would love to have a CARB legal long tube. I believe them long tubes would reduce two of my cats and I think I have to have all 4 to pass but I'll ask the summit people.

After digging into this 347 stroker thing, when would I want to increase my lb's for my injectors? If I get these CARB legal headers and heads, I want to also get like a E303 cam which I believe is good enough for Cali SMOG. So, cam, heads, headers, I all ready have a BBK 70 MM MAF and a CAI. Carb legal of course. Standard TB at 55mm. Would my 347 have a bigger TB? Also, if I have to increase my injectors, what about my fuel pressure regulator? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to measure twice and cut once. If there is anything else I'm missing let me know.

Be sure to save all the CARB paperwork
When I had my Mustang (stock) CA smog tested the last time, I had to put back on the stock air cleaner... none of the K&N type units are approved (that I could find). Easy enough to do every two years.
Bad part is the EGR valve and the crud that accumulates in the intake manifold.. put on a new valve and ran some cleaner through, got it very hot driving on the freeway and it passed.
Plus, they stared for a long time at the stock headers/cats...but it passed.

I divorced my duals and ran the guaranteed pass e-check, worked fine for me.Our stations only examined one exhaust pipe,so they got the reading from just 4 cylinders.
Keep your stock cats and maybe even add two more, that will drastically cut your readings, been through this too many times lol

I have a BBK CAI and a BBK MAF at 70 MM. They both have EO numbers. Ain't worried about that. Since I don't have a garage to work on my stang I want to bolt on and leave on untill my life changes and I move out of state. I found a CARB legal e303 CAM. Now I just gots to find a guy that will do the work.

It depends on where you go to get it smogged too. I have lots of mods (most recently stroked to a 331) and still pass CA SMOG. I had a place that would not pass me because the book said it had to have 4 cats, and my Bassani X-pipe only has 2. The place I have been to the last 3 times never even looks under the car. I have the E-303 cam, but wish I had gone with a custom cam. A pain to keep it smog-legal, but it can be done while maintaining good performance.
