Default 1991 mustang still running warm

1991 5.0 new radiator new fan and clutch still running too warm for me just a little above half way. it seems to run warmer at night. going to try to burp it tomorrow water pump new also. not sure whats going on any feedback will help

Is heater core clogged?
I'd check that first.......

That's where my 90 runs is just a touch above half way on the gauge, perfectly normal.

After I replaced my 180* thermostat back to a 190* that is how mine runs as well. Guess it is normal but it kinda bothers me too.

stop going by the factory gauge, go buy a real mech gauge so you can know what temp the engine runs at and not just a generic "runs at half gauge"

reason I mention this is more often than not the factory gauge is less than accurate expecially if the IC voltage reg is bad
