Default Injector Fault?

I am just starting to mess around with my hobby car again and notced after I did my MAF conversion that I was still running Pig rich. I narrowed the problem down to the BBK AFPR ( Peice of garbage) Something messed up in it and I was running 50 psi of fuel P. Changed back to stock regulator and the problem was solved.... But still my car smelt rich, I pulled all 8 plug and turned the engine over to notice that out of Cylinder #3 I had a huge puff or gas come out! I mean hit the fender big. Could this be a faulty injector? Or is it wiring? Any suggestions would help!

Thanks

Chris
