Im Back!!! Emissions Questions
 

Hey everyone, been gone from here for a while, but I just bought my way back into the mustang family.

Got this bone stock 5.0 today, 96,000 miles, absolutely no work done.

Failed emissions, but due to hydrocarbons and NOX, but here's my question, the dude stalled the car like 8 times before he actually tested it. couldn't that completely mess up the test?
