Worth rebuilding a throttle body? Or just replace?

Worth rebuilding a throttle body? Or just replace?
My throttle body is sticking, so I thought it may just be gummed up so I cleaned it. It was actually really clean inside, but I went ahead and shot cleaner through it.
Upon closer inspection, there's an obvious worn spot somewhere, making it hard to open. There's a specific point where you have to get it to "click" past, then it frees up.
I'm thinking that all the cleaning in the world wont fix it, there's something actually physically worn inside that's making it hard to operate.
Is it time for a new one, or are there rebuild parts available?

Just head to local part yard and play around with them till you find one that feels smooth. Should be cheap enough. Not sure it's worth spending the money trying to rebuild one. I can't remember hearing of anyone rebuilding a throttle body come to think of it.

Ha!
Well, either me or friends of mine have been into Mustangs off and on for a couple decades now, and I've only seen a clean stocker like this pop up one other time. It was an immaculate notchback that a little old lady drove. It was in way better shape than this GT I just got. It didn't even need paint, I cant remember anything at all being wrong with it.
