Default How to Tighten Stock Rockers

Hey guys, I know this is a simple and dumb question, but I just wanted to double check before I put my car back together. Long story short, I advanced the timing on my timing chain 4 degrees and for whatever reason, I bent every push rod on the intake side (yes I put the timing chain at TDC when I did it). Either way, now I've got the chain back to stock and need to swap out all the rods and roller lifters. I have the car apart and just wanted to double check that since it's the stock rockers (with a bolt over a stud and nut) all I do is just torque the bolt down with torque specs correct!? Also, once I put the roller lifters back in the car, I don't have a certain amount of time until I have to start the car right? I've had them soaking in oil for 4 days and I plan on putting some engine assembly lube on them before I put them in. Thanks for all your help in advance!
