I have a 94 mustang 5.0 like gt with an AODE an I'm swapping to a 88 mustang gt 5.0l borg warner t5 will I have an problems bolting straight up I have everything to the borg warner tranny .. In help ...

no,a 5.0 is a 5.0. 4.6 parts wont work, so your good.don't forget a new pilot/throwout bearing in the crankshaft and clutch alignment tools and use grease on the bearing.

You will need to change the input shaft of the 88 t5 with one for a 94 as well as a 94-95 bellhousing. The bolt pattern is the same, but the bell housing and input shaft of a 94-95 is about an inch longer than the foxbody t5s.
