oil

my motor has 124,000 i know my car burns some oil when i get to high speeds what is a good weight oil to use to try to limit the oil burning../

On the 5.0 that I just sold I used valvoline maxlife since it was more of a daily driver and was somewhat stock. besides, it had 147,000 miles. I really liked this oil because my car stopped burning oil and stopped leaking it. I also saw the oil pressure go up a bit. (10w40)
