no problems, my old one was so worn out I now get almost twice the gas mileage.

and I can feel a huge difference.
my old motor had a b-303 cam, and this one has a new stock cam, and I forgot how nice the stock cam idles.

its really smooth too.

my timing is set at 12 degrees, but I did use thinner head gaskets, 0.9mm, and flat top pistons
speed pro h273cp to be exact. wouldnt that up my compression a little?

I know stock pistons have a small dish to them.

vfast, it starts good when cold, it only has a hard time when hot, if the wire was too small wouldnt it happen alll the time?

edit: I am running a 6a msd, and my headers are wrapped with header wrap.
No it won't happen all the time. As the starter gets hot it created more draw on the wire, causing the wire to get hot, when the car is cold you don't have this. The Powermaster starter may have helped but you still should be running a heavier wire. The longer the distance the wire has to cover the thicker it needs to be.
