Found a vaccum line unhooked, what is this???

Found a vaccum line unhooked, what is this???

I cannot figure out what the heck this vacuum line is for? any ideas?
Looks like it may hook up behind the intake manifold. the other end of the line looks to go to passenger side near the door hinge?

Looks like something for the evap system.

evap purge......one side goes to canister, other vaccum port on intake

Perfect you guys are dead on. thanks so much. I dont feel a vacuum on it, and i believe it was unhooked when the SC was installed.
