Default Help help help, volt gauge is wrong!!!!!

Ok, so I got this 1990 5.0 and the volt gauge when I turn the car into the on position says I have like like barely any battery power even though my battery is fully charged!!! When I start it it goes to normal though. also my blinkers and vent/fan stopped working!!! I believe it has something to do with my ignition system because if I turn the key back a bit the blinkers start working and so does the fan. Someone told me it might be the aftermarket radio, but the problem didn't occur when the radio was out in! My car has been misfiring also and i don't think it's firing all cylnders and sometimes the car will turn off by itself as if none of the sparks wanna fire. It's the weirdest thing, and it pisses me off. If anyone has any ideas please email me!!!! thanks you
Mike
