Default long tube headers

In a couple of weeks i am going to be buying a complete motor from this guy i know. it comes with long tubes and he has the motor in a fox body. My question is will the headers fit into my car. i know they have different part numbers but i thought maybe thats just because of the EGR stuff. im buying the motor complete down to the mass air meter and a brand new fox computer. i just need to know if the long tube headers will fit my in my chasis

I've been told that the passenger header is the same and the driver's is configured slightly different, but can be made to fit w/o buying the K-member. I think they are also missing a bung in the header on driver's side?

I guess the only way is to fit them and see for yourself.
or you could look at his engine then yours, and compare how much room is needed.

I think the drivers one may be different, as the location of the steering shaft might be different.

Who makes the Headers? I would call the company and ask how different a fox header is from a 94-95 header. they would know they make them. If they make them the same they will fit if not then you need to see how different they are and see if the y will still clear. i think thats the best thing to do

If you are replacing your egine, what are you going to be doing with the stock filter and duct work for the intake???? I'd be interested if you are willing to part with them..
