Which upgrade to you think would be better?

Which upgrade for 86 mustang? A complete suspension upgrade: lowerings springs, shocks, and struts.
Or should i just get new performance coilovers?

it depends on what the car will be used for. what you stated is minor suspension parts

well i it is not a drag car, mostly a daily driver street car.
