maybe this can help you. it is a little teqnique that can make you haul ***. When driving in first under hard acceleration, shift into "D", as soon as you hear the shift change, shift back to first. you will feel a badass boost. then continue shifting normally. ("D" then "OD")

The other guy won't now what hit him. I hope you have a good tranny and the rev kit. it should come in the transgo package.

dont do what he said^^^^ it will shorten the tranny real quickly. you can do this without a shift kit but there isnt a need to do it with a shiftkit

well, it's not like if did this every single day, seven days a week. Just a whenever I felt like beating some local cars. Everyone should know their limits. Now , I would never recommend this on a stock transmission, only on a modified one with a shift kit or something. I did this procedure on occasion and I have never had any problems. And if I do, my next door neighbor is a automatic tranny mechanic. I even got this technique from the official ford mustang 5.0 techincal and performance handbook under the automatic transmission section.

Besides he was the one that asked

it could cause the line pressure does play a role on when a tranny shifts. adjusted to much will cause harm adjusted to less and it wont shift, i forget when mine would kick down.
