Default RESEARCHED and RESEARCHED.. Cannot fix my 95GT

Ok... My first post on this site. I understand that there are other threads that may or may not say what I am experiencing. I have researched all of the related threads I could find, tried what was suggested and STILL not fixed.

Car was fine until one day I drove to help a friend with a car. Went to leave and basically the car wouldn't stay running or anything. Backfiring through intake, rough idle and the sound of the car has changed 100%. Since this happened I have replaced the IAC, TPS, PCV valve, plugs, distributor cap and cleaned the MAF sensor. Now, it will idle (fair), but when I just went to drive it, it constantly jerks, kicks and hesitates HORRIBLY. On my way home, which it barely made it back, I literally had to push it up my driveway because NOW it wont even start back up again...

I don't know what else to do at this point!

Default

3 things come to mind right off the top of my head.

EGR stuck open
TFI is going south (thick film insulator ) or other wise the ignition module. Located on the passanger side fender under the air intake
or The PIP ( Profile ignition pickup ) located inside the distributor.
