How to adjust clutch on 1987 Ford GT Mustang

I need someone to kinda tell me what to do on adjusting my clutch cable. its self adjustment thing some white plastic stuff. i just dont know how to do it or where to start can someone help me?

do you have the stock quadrant and cable? or after market adjustable parts? it you have the stock parts, I don't think any adjustment can be done.
