5.0L (1979-1995) Mustang Technical discussions on 5.0 Liter Mustangs within. This does not include the 5.0 from the 2011 Mustang GT. That information is in the 2005-1011 section.

is it possible

Holy **** guys... you are all over the place in here.

A 351w is a bolt in swap.
You will need a new balancer (28oz), a new flex plate (28oz), a truck distributor for remote mount TFI, 351w intake manifold, and swap headers, swap oil pan and pickup. The factory 302 fuel rails can be modified to fit.

As for a transmission, you can use your aode after its rebuilt, or... a 4r70w from a 2wd Explorer will fit. Youll need to swap the EPC solenoid, shift solenoid, and TCC solenoid, plus the internal wiring harness and trans fluid temp sensor from your AODE.

As for a computer, your factory 94-95 auto pcm will work, with tuning.

If you don't believe me, ill show you pictures of my 351w/4R70W swapped 94 Cobra, running a tuned W4H0 computer.
