Default 1988 mustang computer troubles?

I spent all winter moding my mustang including the following.
Trick flow track heat upper and lower intake.
24lb injectors
75mm throttle body
76mm bbk mass air meter calibrated for 24lb injectors.
Switching computer from speed density to mass air.
Now, the car will rough idle pop and spit unburnt fuel out of the exhaust. The plugs wires distributor and coil are all brand new and all msd brand. Also adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Not sure if it just needs a tune or if something is wrong. Any info would help.

With out knowing your mechanical abilities. Is timing right? Car didn't need 24 pound injectors. Are you getting correct fuel pressure? Did you verify this with a pressure tester at the srader valve on the fuel rail? Did you check voltage on the Throttle position sensor after the Throttle body swap? You changed a lot of things all at once so its hard to narrow the problem down.

did you get the pin relocation in the ecm connector correct for the mass air conversion as well as add the speed sensor and fp test leads for the ecm...I've done a fair number of these and never had an issue...also which ecm did you use?? a9l, a9p???
