Default Shops in Los Angeles

I can't seem to find any shops in Los Angeles that have any decent knowledge or rates. I was quoted over $1000 for Maximum Motorsports FLSFCs by multiple shops, and that didn't include the FLSFCs. I posted to the regional areas but never got an answer.

the last set I did for a guy took about 5-6 hrs for his MM connectors, his were full weld in..........had to weld them from on the ground while car was sitting on old alignment rack stands to keep weight on car......1000 is way to much IMO even at a full labor rate

I know. I had some done a few years back on my uncle's 5.0 and they charged $250, fully welded them in and sprayed the underbody to prevent rust.

Check out GTR High Performance in Rancho Cucamonga. They did my subframe connectors (Steeda). It was a while ago (6 or 7 years), but they charged me $300, which included the parts. www.gtrhipo.com

They want $300 for just the work. it's the cheapest price I have found which is probably why they are so busy.
