Default problems with my 1990 saleen

Ok guys I need some help. I just installed brand new clutch on my mustang I put everything back together when I try to start the engine I don't hear the fuel pump work. So I check the relay under the seat I took it out and I try with 3 other relays I get from near junkyard I try all of them and nothing happens. So I put a direct cable to check if the pump was good. The pump turn on soonest I jumped. SO I don't know what's the problem I check the computer and the eec relay and everything is good. Plus I try to start the car with one of the spark plugs cables off to see if I have any spark an I don't have any spark also. I need some help. Any help will be appreciated thanks!

Did you make sure you didn't pinch any wires between the bell housing and engine?

Like what kind of wires? Men I'm frustrated I been trying for last 2 days and I don't find nothing. Maybe tomorrow I check again under to see but tell me wich wire I can pinch don't let the fuel pump work or don't have any spark on the engine.

so grab a test light and wiring diagram for the fuel system and test to see if ecm is triggering the relay coils to turn the pump on...I assume you know how a relay works and how to test one?? I doubt the relay is bad, you need to see what signal to the relay is missing? ground from pin 22?? or possibly inertia switch tripped which won't allow power to relay coil windings...test my friend not slap happy parts
